Cult Nails // Super Powers Collection (2011)

Hi guys! Here is the first post of my third Swatching Plan.

My oldest untried is Cult Nails Clairvoyant (aka Unicorn Puke). I bought it in 2011 when I pre-ordered the Super Powers collection, and as I didn't have proper swatches of the 3 other polishes of this collex, I just swatched them all :) 

These polishes were my very first Indies, and I can't believe one of them was still untried. I guess I was too afraid to use it since it's now discontinued... 

Ok, now let's get started! :)

Mind Control

Mind Control is a black jelly with magenta shimmer. I used 3 coats for the pic, plus 1 of top coat. Pictures taken in my light box. I only use Mind Control once before and it was for these Tweed Nails.

Power Thief

Power Thief is a gorgeous brown with silver shimmer. I used 2 coats for the pic above, and 1 of top coat. I previously used Power Thief in this manicure (old pics sorry!).

Time Traveler

Time Traveler is a fantastic navy blue crelly. I used 1 coat (yes, just 1 coat!), no top coat, for this picture. Time Traveler is one of my most used Cult Nails, it was: the base color for Shimmer Polish Nichole, the darkest blue in my Ruffle mani, one of the golden oldies of this GOT Polish Challenge nail art, and so many more manis...

Clairvoyant (aka Unicorn Puke)

Clairvoyant, previously released under the name Unicorn Puke, is a blue jelly with vivid blue, red/rust and green flakies. I used one coat over Time Traveler for the pic, and one of top coat. Pictures taken in my light box to minimize the annoying light reflections.

Overall, I'm so thrilled with this collex ? Clairvoyant is obviously amazing, Time Traveler is one of favorite blues and Power Thief is so beautiful. Only Mind Control is not really a polish for me... but that is a wonderful collection and I'm glad I bought it!
